Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

Wedcheese Premium is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. To cancel your subscription:

• iPhone / iPad: Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Wedcheese → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Open Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Wedcheese → Cancel Subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have Premium access until then.

What Happens After Cancellation

When your Premium period ends, your account reverts to the free tier:

• You keep all your wedding data — guests, budget, checklists, vendors, and notes.
• AI planning credits return to the free daily allowance (5 credits per day).
• You can re-subscribe at any time to restore unlimited AI access.

Refunds

Orienjo Ltd. does not process payments directly. All billing, refunds, and dispute resolution are handled by Apple or Google through their respective stores.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
