1. Delete directly inside the app
If you can access your account, the fastest and most secure way to request deletion
is directly from inside Wedcheese:
- Open the Wedcheese app.
- Navigate to the Me (Profile) tab.
- Go to your Account Settings.
- Select the Delete Account option.
- Confirm the request to permanently remove your account and data.
2. What is deleted
Your deletion request is intended to permanently remove or anonymize personal data
associated with your account, including:
- Profile and sign-in information stored by Wedcheese.

Wedding planning content such as notes, preferences, budgets, guest lists, and task
data.

Associated application records that are no longer required for security or legal
compliance.
3. What may be retained for a limited period
Some limited information may be retained where strictly necessary for fraud
prevention, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or app store billing
records. This may include secure backup data that is automatically deleted on a rolling
basis.
4. If you cannot access the app (Web Deletion Request)
If you have uninstalled the app or are unable to sign in, you can request account
deletion via email. Please email
admin@orienjo.com using the
exact email address associated with your Wedcheese account and include
“Account Deletion Request” in the subject line.
To help us process your request safely and verify your identity, please include the
platform you used to create the account (e.g., Apple, Google, or Email).
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Important: Deleting your Wedcheese account does not automatically
cancel active subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google. Those subscriptions
must be managed and canceled directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play
Store account settings.
